1/23/2024 0 Comments Reviews for sneak peek gender testI have a 7 month old son and I also live with my husband. I have to admit that the reviews here about people being ignored scared me into emailing a lot more because I thought I was being ignored but that ended up not being the case. They were very kind and professional too. I sent about 5 emails by Tuesday morning and they finally responded to my last email on Tuesday afternoon. I started emailing them over the weekend and I didn't get a reply. When I reactivated my second test, I didn't get an email. They sent me another test which I did on the Wednesday and I got my result on Tuesday evening. I sent my first test on a Tuesday and I got an inconclusive result the following Monday. Use a doctors blood test for the most accurate results. Not knowing the possibility of it being wrong is 50% From my own experiences, I wouldn’t recommend using it. Also gender disappointment, may cause people to abort a child based on a gender. I definitely wouldn’t put your trust into it. Over all - I’d be completely honest and say use this company as a bit of fun. The test gets sent to a uk mail centre then to a lab in America, which you won’t get tracking unless you harass the customer service department. Explaining they feel it may of been contaminated. Perks of being financially irresponsible. Also accounts for the false female result. Research the tiny amount of male DNA at such a young age. Also, let’s be real, taking the test from 6 weeks is ridiculous. Let’s be honest, contamination plays a huge role of incorrect results. Mainly the 99% accuracy is definitely not true. I genuinely feel this company aren’t getting something right. It was also super quick, I didn't get the expedited shipping or results, got my test and did on a Tuesday, mailed it off on a Wednesday afternoon and got my results in an email early Saturday morning. Currently 28 weeks along and baby is definitely a boy! I was absolutely shocked to find out this little test was correct so early on. Then the NIPT at 12 weeks also said boy, and his anatomy scan at 22 weeks confirmed that. I had thoroughly scrubbed down the bathroom, made sure my husband and son stayed away, scrubbed my arm nearly raw and bathed prior to doing the test so I was pretty confident it wasn't contaminated, but I had heard that it often gave false boy results so between doing it a day early and having a husband and son in the house I assumed it was probably going to be wrong so I just did it for fun more or less and didn't expect much. I used the sneakpeek snap and I took it a day before the 6 week limit and it came back saying boy. But as I said, the reviews are abit all over the place but so far I have genuinely been quite happy and pleased with the service I’ve received x Men and dogs should not be near, touch or even breathe on your kit (lol!) this will give a false male result. Follow the instructions carefully and do not cross contaminate. My advice is make sure when ordering you have the website set to UK. I emailed customer service yesterday to explain the issue and they’ve been kind enough to not only reply within hours of my email, but send me another kit! So I’ve had 2 curtesy kits sent to me (although one never arrived)b This time they’ve changed it to Royal Mail again and it was dispatched today, to again be delivered tomorrow morning. They sent me a replacement but DPD sadly never arrived. I got my check in email on the Friday so it took 5 days to send and receive However my results came back inconclusive and a scan confirmed I was a week behind. I had to wait a week and sent it the following Monday and had tracking up until it went on a plane to the US lab. Made sure the website was set to UK mode, ordered on a Tuesday afternoon it came the next day via Royal Mail. I was a bit sceptical about ordering as I’ve seen the reviews however my experience has been wonderful.
